Quantum computing has emerged as a promising avenue for achieving significant computational speedups in large-scale PDE simulations, where a prominent approach involves Hamiltonian simulation—though this is naturally limited to Schrödinger-type equations; to overcome this constraint, Schrödingerisation techniques have been developed, employing warped phase transformations to convert general linear PDEs into systems suitable for quantum simulation, and in this talk we will present recent advances in these methods along with explicit quantum circuit implementations for solving such PDEs, supported by complexity analysis demonstrating quantum advantages in high-dimensional settings over classical counterparts, while also briefly discussing software development and implementations on real quantum hardware.

报告人简介:

张镭,上海交通大学教授,博士生导师。加州理工学院博士,马克斯·普朗克研究所和牛津大学博士后。曾获国家级青年人才,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、上海市科研项目1项,参与多项重点专项。研究方向为多尺度计算、材料模拟、机器学习与量子计算,在SIAM系列、CPAM等顶级期刊发表多篇论文。
